Open the CDA Viewer from the Data Share Module Search History

In the NextGen® Enterprise EHR Data Share module, you can open the CDA Viewer to view any document in the search history. For more information, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the Data Share Module User Guide for NextGen® Enterprise EHR. In the Data Share pane, select the Home tab. In the Search History pane, in the Search Date column, select one of the date/time links. Search History The Data Share module displays a list of documents that were imported at the specified date and time. Select the title of one of the imported documents. Open the CDA Viewer During a Data Share Module Import

In the Data Share module, you can open the CDA Viewer to view a document after an import. For more information, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the Data Share Module User Guide for NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and load a patient. On the quick buttons panel, select Data Share icon. In the Data Share pane, select the Search tab. Expand the Endpoints list, and select all the endpoints that you want to search. Select Initiate Search. In the Completed pane, select an entry in the Search Date column. Search Date on the Search Tab A document list pane opens on the right. In the NextGen® Enterprise EHR Data Share module, you can open the CDA Viewer to preview a document during an export. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from the Patient Lookup window. On the quick buttons panel, select Data Share icon.The Data Share tab opens in the main pane. Do one of the following: To export most Continuity of Care Documents (CCDs) or C-CDA documents, select the Export tab. To export a public health case report, select Send Public Health Case Report near the top of the Data Share pane. View or Update Exported Documents

To view the history of your exports in the Data Share module, you can open the Home tab and expand the Export History pane. Export History You can perform the following actions for the Export History pane. To control the relative sizes of the Export History pane and the Search History pane, select the collapse Collapse Pane or expand icon in either pane. To control the maximum number of items displayed on each page or to move to previous or later pages, use the icons at the bottom of the Export History pane. Page Controls To refresh the data in the Export History pane, select the refresh Refresh icon at the bottom of the pane. To view an exported document, do the following: Select the date and time in the Export Date column.The Exported Item pane opens on the right.
