Open Patient Charts with Direct Sign Off of PAQ Items
You can open the patient chart after signing off the Provider Approval Queue (PAQ) item. Open NextGen® Mobile.The Hub view opens. Select PAQ, and then select an item from the list.The PAQ item opens. Open PAQ item Select Sign w/ action.The list of available action sets appears. The list of available action sets Note: Action sets that contain only unsupported actions are not available for selection. Unsupported actions in an action set are not run on the PAQ item. Select the action set to open the patient chart.If the action set contains only supported items, the sign off process completes and the patient chart opens. If the action set contains unsupported items, a message appears stating that there are one or more unsupported actions and NextGen® Mobile can run only supported actions. To complete the sign off, open the patient chart, and run other supported actions, select Continue. To return to the PAQ item without running supported actions, select Cancel.
