Select an appointment in the appointments list.
Select
Orders
in the toolbar.
The Orders module and patient chart for the selected patient opens.

Open a Patient's Chart from the Appointments List
You can open a chart from the appointment list for the selected patient to view the details. To open a patient’s chart from the Appointments tab, do one of the following. Double-click an appointment in the appointments list. Select an appointment in the appointments list, and then select Chart in the toolbar. Parent topic: Appointments
