Select Action Sets or Actions to Open Patient Charts with Sign Off

You can open the patient chart after signing off the Provider Approval Queue (PAQ) item. Open NextGen® Mobile.The Hub view opens. Select PAQ, and then select an item from the list.The PAQ item opens. Open PAQ item Select Sign w/ action.The list of available action sets appears. The list of available action sets Select Launch Sign Off With Actions.The Sign Off With Actions window opens. Sign off with actions view Note: You can select Sign off without Actions on the Sign Off With Actions view to sign off the PAQ item without any actions. Do one of the following: To sign off with the open chart option, select Open Chart. To sign off using an available action set, select Select Action Set, and then select the action set that includes an option for opening patient chart. Select Run.If the action set contains only supported items, the sign off process completes and the patient chart opens. Before you begin To assign a Provider Approval Queue (PAQ) item to another provider for approval, you must confirm that you are the primary provider responsible for the item. You can assign NextGen® Enterprise EHR documents to another provider for approval. Open NextGen® Mobile.The Hub view opens. Select PAQ, and then select an item from the list.The PAQ item opens. Before you begin You must be a NextGen user with necessary permissions for creating tasks. You can assign Provider Approval Queue (PAQ) items as tasks to one or more users or work groups after signing off the items. Note: You cannot create tasks for SAP® Crystal Reports®. Open NextGen® Mobile.The Hub view opens. Select PAQ, and then select an item from the list.The PAQ item opens. Open PAQ item Select Sign w/ action.The list of available action sets appears.
