A Popup template may display a navigation bar at the top, which enables you to go directly to the next step in a workflow without having to return to the main template. The navigation bar contains buttons you can select to open:
- Another Popup template.
- One of the following NextGen® Enterprise EHR modules:
- Allergies (Medication)
- Diagnoses (Billing ICD List tab in Problems module)
- Medications
- Problems (Problem List tab in Problems module)
- Procedures
The buttons display images and tooltips that identify the template or module that can be opened.
When you open a Popup template or module from a navigation bar, the parent Popup template is saved and does not remain in view.
If a NextGen® Enterprise EHR module is opened, it is refreshed when you close it.
Note: If the navigation bar is reconfigured during your work session, you must log off NextGen® Enterprise EHR and then log back on to view the changes.
