In the PAQ tab of the Pending tab, you can mark the PAQ items as read or unread.
 
 
  - Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from the Patient Lookup window.
 
  - On Top Toolbar, select Inbox to open the Workflow module.
 
  - Select the Provider Approval Queue tab.
   
    In the Pending tab, the unread items appears in bold format.
   
 
  - To mark the item as read or unread, do the following:
   
    
     - To mark an item as read, select the item.
 
     - To mark the item as unread, right-click the item and then select Mark as Unread.
 
    
    
    Note: You can mark a PAQ item as unread only after you upgrade 
NextGen® Enterprise EHR to the latest version. 
     
Only the PAQ items present in the Pending tab appear in bold. When you move a PAQ item from the Pending tab to the Rejected or History tab, the PAQ item does not appear in bold format.
