Mark PAQ items as Read or Unread in the Pending tab

In the PAQ tab of the Pending tab, you can mark the PAQ items as read or unread.
  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from the Patient Lookup window.
  2. On Top Toolbar, select Inbox to open the Workflow module.
  3. Select the Provider Approval Queue tab.
    In the Pending tab, the unread items appears in bold format.
  4. To mark the item as read or unread, do the following:
    • To mark an item as read, select the item.
    • To mark the item as unread, right-click the item and then select Mark as Unread.
