Customize the Patient's Referral List
You can control the contents of the Patient's Referrals list, including viewing, filtering, and sorting.
- To filter the referral requests, which initially include all requests initiated or received by the currently selected provider for the currently loaded patient, do the following:

- On the Data Share module, select Advanced Parameters.

 - Select options for filtering by provider, directionality (inbound or outbound), status, or due date.
 - Select Apply Filter.

 - On the Data Share module, select Advanced Parameters.

 - To view referrals to or from a different destination, select from the Destination list.
 - To sort the entries, select a column header.

Clicking repeatedly changes the sort direction between ascending and descending or removes the sorting from that column.
 - If the requests do not fit on one page, use the page controls to change the number of requests displayed or to move to a different page.

 - To display details about a single request, select the date/time link in the Create Date column.
   The Referral pane opens.
On this pane, you can perform the following tasks:
- To view the Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (C-CDA) document from a particular transaction, select the date/time stamp for that transaction in the Create Date column.
 - To start an action, select one of the buttons shown after the Next Step label. Different buttons may be present, depending on what actions are currently valid for the referral.
 - To close the Referral pane, select Close.

 - To view all referral requests for this patient, including requests that are not 360X compliant, select the Order Management template link.
The Order Management template opens in a new pane.
