bar, select
Tools
and select
Document Builder
.
The
Document Builder TX Text Logon
window opens.
Go to Document Builder TX Text.
The
NextGen Document Builder TX Text
main window opens.
From the
File
menu, select
New
and select
Blank Document
.
The Blank Document opens.
On the
Menu
bar, select
Tools
and select
Macro Builder
.
The
Macro Builder
window opens.
Select the
Create New Macro
icon, select
Summary Macro

Graphical Exam
>
Graph Exam Images
.
The macro creating or editing window opens.
In the
General
section, select the following:
Enter the
Macro
name.
Select
Horizontal
from the
Table Layout
list.
Select
AutoFitColumn
from the
Image Layout
list.
In the
Columns
and
Sort
section, select
Edit
.
The
Macro Column Select
window opens.
Select the summary columns that you would like to use in your summary macro.
Select
Done
.
In the
Custom Filter
section, select
Edit
.
The
Custom Filter Editor
window opens.
Double-click the summary fields and set the conditions.
Select
OK
.
Select the
Save
icon on the
Macro Builder
window.
In the left pane, select
Graph Exam Images
and add the Macros.
On the
Menu
bar, select
Tools
and then select
Compile
.
The document macro compiles.
Select
Save

Integrate a Document Macro to Filter Finding Images
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select a patient. Select an existing encounter or create an encounter and open the template that contains the Graphical Exam Tool (GET) component. The GET component window opens. In the REASON FOR VISIT pane, select the Menu icon, and then select Manage Reasons for Visit. The Reasons for Visit window opens. From the list at the bottom of the window, select the reason and select Add. From the IMAGES panes, select the Images check box, select FINDINGS and annotate the GET image. A new row is added in the Findings Data Grid with the findings details. An icon appears in the Findings Data Grid row denoting that multiple images are attached to the finding. On the NextGen® Enterprise EHR toolbar, select Save. All the images saved to the patient's chart are renamed to the image description that is Finding Name-Region Description( x. x). From the Categories tab, open the document that contains the GET images and select Generate. The generated document displays the

The NextGen Document Builder TX Text main window opens. From the File menu, select New and select Blank Document. The Blank Document opens. On the Menu bar, select Tools and select Macro Builder. Integrate Document Macro
The Graphical Exam Tool (GET) enable the document macro{grp_get_exam_data} to filter the finding images by Reason for Visit and enable multiple images relate to a single finding to appear in a document. You can generate a separate document for each reason for visit or procedure, and the Reason For Visit column is available in the document macro. As a result, the images from all the procedures are displayed on all the individual procedure documents. Add Subsection 2 to the Configured Subsection 3
You can add numerous subsections to the configured primary subsection using the Procedure Documentation Config practice template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From the File menu, select System \ Practice Template. In Select Template, select the Practice tab. In the Show section, select All.A list of practice templates opens. Select Procedure Documentation Config and select OK. On the Procedure Documentation Config practice template, select Sub section 3, to add a subsection to the configured Sub section 2. Select the Previous section to open a list of sections and the associated subsections. Select a subsection 2 configured in Add a Sub section to the configured Sub Section 1. Enter a Sub section for the selected subsection 2.The value documented in the Sub Section field fills the Short description field. The value in the Short description field appears as navigational tab above the grid in the Documentation panel on this practice template and the runtime templates. If the Procedure F
