Patient Grid

The patient grid displays the patient demographic details, financial and next appointment details. When you run the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub report, patient information appears in the patient grid. The patient grid displays the patient demographic details, patient's risk level (color-coded), patient portal enrollment status, financial information, and the next appointment details. Note: If multiple appointments are scheduled for a patient on the same day, the next immediate appointment of that day appears in the Next Appointment field when you run the report. When reports are filtered based on appointment schedule in the Appointment Book tab, the patient grid displays additional columns. Note: The following columns appear in the patient grid when they are enabled on the Grid + Data tab on the User Settings window. Configuration of the User and Global Settings

You can make changes to the user level and global settings using Settings in NextGen Care® Population Management Hub. Configure User Settings

On the User Settings tab, you can customize the display for Cohorts, patient grid, Chart, and Care Opportunities. You can select the following: The report type to be displayed on the tab. The financial information columns for the patient grid. The templates that appear in the Chart list. The care opportunity layout for the Care Opportunities tab. Open NextGen Care® Population Management Hub. Select the settings icon in the lower-right corner. The Settings window opens. To configure the reports to be displayed on the Cohorts tab, select Reports on User Settings and select the desired reports. To configure the patient details to be displayed in the patient grid, do the following: Select Grid + Data. In the Cohorts section, select Limit Snapshots to last to limit snapshots to a specified number of days and enter the number of days to which the snapshots must be limited. Note: The snapshots are limited based on the date when the snapshot is created. The Limit Snapshots to last option limit

Configure the Global Settings

You can set up the dashboard template, referral template, and document format in the Global Settings tab. From NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, select settings icon at the bottom-right corner, and then select Global Settings. The Global Settings window opens. Under Dashboard, enter the dashboard template name. Under Referral, referral template name appears. if required, you can modify the referral template name. Under Document, select the document format from the Format list. Select OK. The dashboard template, referral template, and document format are set up. The NextGen Care® Population Management Hub reports displays a list of the individual patients identified as part of a predefined patient population.
