New Task	Alt + N	Creates a new task
Send Task	Alt + S	Sends an open task to the assigned recipient
Reassign Task	Alt + E	Opens the Select Task Recipients window to reassign the selected task to a user or workgroup
Accept Task	Alt + A	Accepts the selected task
Reject Task	Alt + R	Rejects the selected task
Chart	Alt + H	Opens the patient chart associated with the selected task

Display Specific Types of Tasks

You can select certain types of tasks to display in the task list. From the Clinical Tasks menu, select any of the following options: Show Completed Tasks Show Removed Tasks Show Tasks Assigned To Someone Else Note: You cannot select options for tasks assigned to you that have not been completed or removed. The icons appear in the Clinical Tasking tab are: Icon Description A task was created by you and sent to one or more recipients. A task was assigned to you and has not yet been acknowledged.
