Each radiology test used in the Orders module must have a performing entity assigned to it. Before you can apply results to a radiology test, you have to map (assign) a performing entity for each test by using .
Note: Currently there are no available radiology test lists from a specific performing entity to be loaded into the radiology list (in the same way you can use the Labcorp list for test orders), so you must define them one at a time using File Maintenance.
