Viewing the Individual Vaccine Statuses on the Orders Summary tab

In addition to viewing the NextGen Status on the Orders Summary tab, you can view the vaccine status for each Immunization Order in the Description column.

For example, a provider orders one Immunization order with four vaccines for a patient in the same visit. However, only one of these vaccines was fully administered. In the Description column, the system displays different vaccine statuses (in parenthesis) for the Immunization order, as follows:

• Hep B (ped/adol, 2 dose): (Refused)
• TDaP: (Refused)
• Td (7 yrs or older): (Fully Administered)
• Hep A (ped/adol, 2 dose): (Partially Administered)

On the Orders Summary tab, when the Immunizations Order life cycle is complete for each order, the system displays Complete in the NextGen Status column.
