Viewing Electronic Signatures on a Multi-User Signoff Document

You can view the electronic signature of each signee at the bottom of the document when you open it from the Encounter History or Categories tab or in the Provider Approval Queue (PAQ). The electronic signature includes the provider's name, credentials, and signoff status, and the date and time stamp.If a delegate signs off the document, the signature indicates the provider it was signed off on behalf of.

The electronic signatures are removed from the document when a signee rejects the document.

The first example shows that the encounter provider and one signee have electronically signed the document. The signature is pending for the other signee.

The second example shows that a delegate has signed the document on behalf of the signee whose signature was pending in the first example.
