Each time someone creates or modifies a patient's medication allergies, the application records who made the change and when it was done. You can view who created and last modified a patient's medication allergies.
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from Patient Lookup window.
Select an existing encounter from the Encounter History tab or create an encounter.
To open the Medication Allergies module, select Allergies from the Quick Buttons panel.
The Medication Allergies module opens and displays the items that the patient is allergic to.
Select a medication allergy.
Right-click the medication allergy and select Who/When.
The Modification Information window displays with the name of the person who entered the allergy into the patient chart, and the name of the person who last modified the selected allergy.
