View Patient's Evaluated Immunization History and Forecast
To help you determine when a patient should receive the next immunization, view a patient’s immunization history and forecasted next due immunizations from your practice’s registry on the Registry tab. If a dose is deemed invalid, the system displays this in the Evaluated Immunization History section. For example, a patient was too young to receive a certain immunization.
- Select the appropriate registry.
- To display a patient’s Evaluated Immunization History and Immunization Forecast, select Query.
After the query process completes, the system displays the patient’s immunization and forecast data from the state registry.Note: If your practice has set up the patient confirmation practice preference (Require Patient Confirmation for Immunization Query), you must confirm the patient returned from the Registry before continuing. If the system cannot find the patient or registry information or if multiple patient matches are found, error messages appear. You can select Query to restart the process.
