View Patient's Evaluated Immunization History and Forecast

To help you determine when a patient should receive the next immunization, view a patient’s immunization history and forecasted next due immunizations from your practice’s registry on the Registry tab. If a dose is deemed invalid, the system displays this in the Evaluated Immunization History section. For example, a patient was too young to receive a certain immunization.
  1. In the Orders Module, select the Immunizations tab.
  2. Select the Registry tab.
  3. Select the appropriate registry.

  4. To display a patient’s Evaluated Immunization History and Immunization Forecast, select Query.
    After the query process completes, the system displays the patient’s immunization and forecast data from the state registry.
  5. To determine which vaccines should be administered for the patient, view the Evaluated Immunization History and Immunization Forecast sections.
  6. In the Evaluated Immunization History section, view the patient’s imported immunizations.
  7. While evaluating when to provide the next dose, view the earliest date to administer the immunization and the latest date, in addition to other pertinent information for the vaccine group in the Immunization Forecast section.
  8. If your practice does not integrate with a Registry, you can disable the display of the Registry tab by deselecting the Show Registry History and Forecast tab practice preference in File Maintenance.
