View PAQ History

The History tab in the PAQ enables you to search for items that a provider or delegate has signed off, rejected, or reassigned. The History tab is blank the first time you select it or if you switch tabs. You can view the history of an item by searching for the item.

  1. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, open the Workflow module
  2. On the Provider Approval Queue tab, select the History tab
  3. From the Events list, select the status of the items.
  4. From the Items list, select the item types.
  5. In the By: field, select one of the following by options.
    • Your user name. To see items that only you have handled.
    • All Others. To see all items that others have handled.
  6. To narrow your search to a specific time frame, select When, and then do one of the following:
    • To search within a recent set, select During the Previous Day(s), and then set the number of days.
    • To search between specific dates, select Between, and then select the beginning and end dates.
  7. Select Search.
    The search results appear on the History tab.

    The Workflow toolbar has the following options.
    • Chart. To view the patient's chart.
    • Full Screen. To view the selected item in full screen mode.
    • Recall. To place the patient on a recall list using the Add Recall window.
