View Exceptions in Log Files

If any exceptions occur within the Auto Release Utility Windows Service while the instances are running, the exceptions are recorded in the log files. You can also view the tracing information such as a specific line is executed or a specific instance request is collected from the user interface.

If there are any exceptions to report to NextGen, the System Administrator can take the log files from the Log Viewer window, and provide them to the NextGen team to evaluate the error details.

  1. Open NextGen Practice Management.
  2. Select Help > About.
    The PM window opens.
    PM Window
