You can view document and encounter information, file properties, and user permissions for a selected patient document on the Encounter History or Categories tab.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from the Patient Lookup window.
- To view the properties of a document, do one of the following:
- Select the Encounter History tab,
- Select a patient encounter, that contains the document, and select the
button to open the Encounter Details window.
- Select the item to view the properties, and select the
button.
- Select the Categories tab,
- To view a category item, do one of the following:
- Select List View from the list.
- Select Tree View from the list.
- To expand all categories; select a category, select Category Options
, and select Expand All Categories.
- To expand the selected category, select
.
- Select a document to view properties, and select the document options button.
- Select Properties.
The
Document Information window opens.
- Select Close.
