Beginning with NextGen® Enterprise EHR, 5.9.2020.1 or higher, you must ensure that enrolled providers are migrated to the latest Surescripts® messaging standard, Surescripts 6.1.
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
From the View menu, select eRx Status.
The eRx Status window opens.
From the User list, select <All Users>.
From the Provider list, select <All Providers>.
From the Message Type list, select UpdatePrescriberLocation.
If needed, select a date range.
Select Search.
The search results appear.
CAUTION:
If any enrolled provider has an unsuccessful UpdatePrescriberLocation message, resolve the issues and update provider enrollment in File Maintenance.
