Assign eRx User Permission

You must assign the eRx user permission to all enrolled providers to prescribe medications electronically. In System Administrator, select your practice and group. Select the Rights tab. You can assign permission to users to access the eRx Status window and view the details. In System Administrator, select your practice and group. Select the Rights tab. Configure Medication Verification

You can enable or disable medication verification. If you enable medication verification, you are prompted to enter your password when you fax, print, or ePrescribe a medication even if the medication is not a controlled substance. Medication Verification In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, from the Main menu, select Tools > Preferences. The Preferences window opens. Select the Medications tab. Do one of the following: To enable medication verification, select Use Medication Verification. To disable medication verification, clear Use Medication Verification.
