Update a Vaccine Funding Source
In the File Maintenance, select Master Files > System > Vaccine Funding Source. The Vaccine Funding Source List window opens. Select the funding code for the appropriate registry. Select the Open Menu button, and then select Open. The Update Funding Source window opens. Update the Coding System and Description. To save your changes, select OK. Update VIS Document Information
In File Maintenance, select System > VIS SetUp. The VIS SetUp List window opens. Select an existing vaccine. Select the Open Menu button, and then select Open. The Update VIS Document window opens. Update the Description. If required, update the Document Type. For example, if the CDC has modified the Document Type for this VIS, select Lookup. For more information on how to change Document Type, see Attach a VIS Document to a Vaccine Item. If required, select the Vaccine Type from the list, if necessary. Select OK. Assign Immunizations-related File Maintenance Permissions
In System Administrator, select the required user group. Open Rights tab. Expand MODULES > File Maintenance. Select the required vaccine type, and then select the appropriate rights under Access Rights. Parent topic: Immunizations System Rights and Permissions

Add or Modify a Patient Status
Open the Person Information or Patient Information window for the desired person or patient. Select the Status tab. In the Patient Status field, select a status for the person or patient. Note: Your system adminsistrator makes selections in the Patient Statuses master file in File Maintenance. In the Patient Status Change Reason, select a reason for changing the Patient Status, if applicable. Note: Your system adminsistrator makes selections in the Patient Status Change Reason master list in File Maintenance. In the Immunization Registry Information section, add an immunization registry for the patient. In the Immunization Home Location field, select the primary location for the patient's immunizations. The Home Location may be determined by a parent or guardian, by the last immunization administered by a provider, or by assignment from a health plan.
