Add a Vaccine Funding Source
In the File Maintenance, select Master Files > System > Vaccine Funding Source. The Vaccine Funding Source List window opens. Select the Open Menu button, and then select New. The Add Funding Source window opens. Select the Registry from the External System list. For example, NYC Immunization Registry. Enter the Funding Source Code. If required enter the value in Coding System. Enter the Vaccine Funding Source Code Description. To add another funding source, select Next. To save your changes, select OK. Adding and Updating Vaccine Funding Source Codes
To better manage vaccine funding sources, the Immunizations module enables you to configure and update the Vaccine Funding source codes for your practice’s registries. When administering an immunization, the Vaccine Funding Source codes display in the Immunizations module when you create or update an Immunization order and select a Registry. The Vaccine Funding Source also displays in the Funding Source list on the Vaccine Details tab when you administer a vaccine. To better manage vaccine funding sources, the Immunizations module enables you to configure and update the Vaccine Funding source codes for your practice’s registries. Enable or Disable Vaccine Funding Source Codes Permissions Version
In System Administrator, select the required user group. Open Rights tab. Expand MODULES > File Maintenance. Select the required Vaccine Funding Source, and then select the appropriate rights under Access Rights. Note: You can not enable the Print permission for Vaccine Funding Source.
