Immunizations System Rights and Permissions
System Administrator needs to assign appropriate rights and permission to user groups so that only appropriate groups can perform certain tasks. The default setting for all rights is set to Yes. Set up Rights for Applying Order Preferences Across Practices
In System Administrator, select the required user group. Open Rights tab. Expand OPERATIONS and then select Apply Order Preferences across Practices. Select Yes under Access Rights. Note: The Access Rights default is Yes. If you set the access rights to No, you cannot select all practices while copying order preferences across practices (such as required fields), setting up the Vaccine Inventory, or updating the Vaccine Schedule in File Maintenance. Update a Vaccine Funding Source
In the File Maintenance, select Master Files > System > Vaccine Funding Source. The Vaccine Funding Source List window opens. Select the funding code for the appropriate registry. Select the Open Menu button, and then select Open. The Update Funding Source window opens. Update the Coding System and Description. To save your changes, select OK. Adding and Updating Vaccine Funding Source Codes
To better manage vaccine funding sources, the Immunizations module enables you to configure and update the Vaccine Funding source codes for your practice’s registries. When administering an immunization, the Vaccine Funding Source codes display in the Immunizations module when you create or update an Immunization order and select a Registry. The Vaccine Funding Source also displays in the Funding Source list on the Vaccine Details tab when you administer a vaccine.
