Set up the Security Rights to Access Clinical Reconciliation Immunizations Data

In System Administrator, select the required user group. Open Rights tab. Expand MODULES > Discrete Data Import and then select Immunizations. Select the appropriate rights for the user group under Access Rights. To select or disable all of the access rights for this group, select Select/Deselect All. Select Save to save your changes. Note: To access Clinical Reconciliation Immunizations data, users must have access to the NextGen® Enterprise EHR Clinical Reconciliation module. Set up Rights for Applying Order Preferences Across Practices

In System Administrator, select the required user group. Open Rights tab. Expand OPERATIONS and then select Apply Order Preferences across Practices. Select Yes under Access Rights. Note: The Access Rights default is Yes. If you set the access rights to No, you cannot select all practices while copying order preferences across practices (such as required fields), setting up the Vaccine Inventory, or updating the Vaccine Schedule in File Maintenance. Permissions for Adding NDC IDs to the NDC Library

If a user adds an NDC ID while administering an Immunizations Order in the Immunization module, the system uses the NDC ID for billing purposes. If the practice’s NDC Library does not already contain the identified NDC ID, and the user has rights to add NDC IDs to the NDC Library in File Maintenances, the system also adds the new NDC ID in the NDC Library. To prevent the system from updating File Maintenance when certain users add NDC IDs in Immunizations, the practice can restrict the update rights for those user groups in System Administrator. The System Administrator should work closely with the core team of the practice to ensure that appropriate rights, preferences, SAP® Crystal Reports®, other reports, and other tasks are set up for the user groups. The administrator needs to update the Setup when the business needs change for the practice. Some functions and preferences are same for the Immunizations module and the Orders module. Therefore, if you are using the Orders module, ensure that you set up the preferences for the Orders module before you set up the Immunizations module.
