Update Provider Enrollment

You can update a provider's enrollment with retail or mail-order networks. An update might be necessary if information was entered incorrectly or if some of the information has changed.

  1. In File Maintenance, from Master Files > System, select Providers.
    The Providers List window opens.
  2. Double-click a provider.
    The Modify Provider Information window opens.
  3. On the Modify Provider Information window, select the ePrescribing tab.
  4. In the Networks section, select open menu > Retail or Mail-Order > Update.
    The eRx Message Submission window opens.
  5. Select OK.
