Supervising physicians and other authorized users can sign off completed or Pending Immunization orders.
Select an immunizations order from the Orders Summary tab or the Immunizations Chart view.
Do one of the following:
Select Sign-off from the toolbar.
Right-click an Immunizations order, and select Sign-off from the list.
The Sign-off Vaccines for Order window opens.
Note: All immunizations are selected by default.
Select the appropriate Immunizations order and add your comments.
To include your comment for all the selected immunizations, select Apply Comments To All.
To sign off the Immunizations and save your comments, select Sign-off.
On the Orders Summary tab, the Sign-off date and Sign-off person displays. The system updates the NextGen Status column to Signed-off.
Note: If a user attempts to sign off an order that is already signed off, the order displays in read-only mode in the Sign-off Vaccines for Order window.
