Set Up Universal Preferences for Task Recipients by Practice

When selecting users or groups to receive tasks when saving an order, you can set up the Task Recipients by Practice preference to display the recipients for the current practice a user is logged on to.
  1. Select System Administrator > View > Universal Preferences.
  2. Select Workflow.
    The Workflow preferences opens.
  3. Select the Task Recipients by Practice preference.
  4. To display users for a current practice when tasking in the NextGen® Enterprise EHR Orders module, set the Task Recipients by Practice value to True.

  5. Select OK to save the value.
    When a user saves an order using the Save & Task option, the list of users for the current practice displays.
