Set up the Appointments Refresh Rate
You can change the refresh rate of the appointments list.
From the
Appointments
menu, select
Preferences
.
The
Task Preferences
window opens.
Select the
Refresh Appointments Every X Minute(s)
check box.
Specify the preferred rate in minutes. Use integers only.
Select
OK
to accept the changes.

Set Up Preferred Appointment Scheduling Resources
Open a User Prefs - Scheduling master file. The Default User Preferences - Scheduling window opens. Select the Resources tab. To set the display order of the resources, highlight a resource in the Preferred resources section, and then select or to move it up or down. You can also use the double arrows to move it to the top or bottom of the list. If you want users to see only the preferred resources, select the Only show my preferred resources check box, and then select the preferred resources in the Preferred resources section. In the Default resource(s)/class for Appt Search section, select the resources to display and use as the default resources for any appointment search. Select OK. Parent topic: Resources Tab

Modify an Individual Appointment Created from a Group Appointment
You can modify an individual patient appointment that was created when a group appointment was scheduled. Any modifications made to an individual appointment does not update other patient appointments associated with the same group appointment. Access the Appointment Book. From the Daily, Weekly List, Weekly Schedule or Multi-View view, select an individual appointment that was scheduled as part of a group appointment. Select the group appointment. Select the individual appointment you want to update. Right-click and then select Open > Appointment. The Edit Appointment window opens. The name of the Patient Group displays in brackets at the top of the window. Modify the appointment as needed. Select OK. If the appointment is part of a recurring series and you changed the Date, Time, Event, Duration, Resources, or Service Location, the appointment is removed from the recurring series. If you modified the Date, Time, Event, Duration, Resources, or Service Location field, the Reschedule Re
menu, select Preferences.
