Set Up Preferred Appointment Scheduling Resources

  1. Open a User Prefs - Scheduling master file.
    The Default User Preferences - Scheduling window opens.
  2. Select the Resources tab.

  3. To set the display order of the resources, highlight a resource in the Preferred resources section, and then select or to move it up or down. You can also use the double arrows to move it to the top or bottom of the list.
  4. If you want users to see only the preferred resources, select the Only show my preferred resources check box, and then select the preferred resources in the Preferred resources section.
  5. In the Default resource(s)/class for Appt Search section, select the resources to display and use as the default resources for any appointment search.
  6. Select OK.
