Events Tab

You can specify the default preferred events and events chains for Appointment and Waitlist searches for users.

To set up default preferred events for appointment scheduling, do the following:

  1. Open a User Prefs - Scheduling master file.
    The Default User Preferences - Scheduling window opens.
  2. Select the Events tab.

  3. If you want users to see only the preferred events, select the Only show my preferred events check box, and then select the preferred events from the top section.
  4. If you want users to see only the preferred event chains, select the Only show my preferred event chains check box, and then select the preferred event chains from the bottom section.
  5. To prioritize the events and event chains, highlight an event or event chain, and then select or to move it up or down. You can also use the double arrows to move it to the top or bottom of the list.
  6. Select OK.
