Select Diagnosis Panel
In the Select Diagnosis panel of the Select Tests tab, you can select one or more diagnoses to be associated with the tests ordered. The list of diagnoses is pulled from the patient's chart. Selecting Tests and Entering Test Details
When you create a new order or update an order, the following panels appear on the Create New Lab Order, Create New Radiology Order, Update Lab Order, and Update Radiology Order windows on the Select Tests tab. Assign Diagnosis to Selected Tests Panel
All tests submitted through the Orders module should have a diagnosis associated with them. You must select an active problem that is associated on the patient's chart. You can also attach AOE questions with the tests. You should run Medical Necessity check before ordering a test. Assigning or Unassigning a Diagnosis to a Test
The selection(s) chosen in the Select Diagnosis section and the Assign Diagnosis to Selected Tests panel work together. In the Assign Diagnosis to Selected Tests panel, if you select Assign All Diagnosis, it assigns each diagnosis selected in the Select Diagnosis panel to all tests selected for this order. If you select Unassign All Diagnosis, it clears the selection of all diagnoses associated with this order. Parent topic: Assign Diagnosis to Selected Tests Panel
