	Memorize Report	Save (memorize) the displayed report and filters.
	Report Filter	Open the Report Filter.
	Report Options	Open the Report Filter Options dialog.
	Footer/Header	Customize report's Footer/Header.
	Autosize Columns	Autosize report's columns.
	Search for Text	Prompts the Find dialog.
	Assign Task	Opens Create ToDo Task dialog.
	Refresh	Refreshes the displayed report.
	Graph Report	Currently unavailable.
	Export to Excel	Exports the displayed report into Microsoft®Excel®.
	Export to HTML	Exports the displayed report into HTML format.
	Export to ASCII	Exports the displayed report into ASCII format.
	Export to My List	Saves the list of patients displayed on the generated report to the database. This button only displays if the practice has a license to use Population Management and the report data includes the Patient ID and Person ID.
	Report Snapshot	Saves the report data for the date captured. The filters are not saved.
	Exit	Exit the report.
