You can select and sort columns.
- Select Columns from the Report Filter Settings List.
- Set up the Columns you wish to display on the report. The following Columns are available by default:
- Lst Name - Display Patient's Last Name
- Mid Name - Display Patient's Middle Name
- Fst Name - Display Patient's First Name
- DOB - Display Patient's Date of Birth
- Age - Display Patient's Age
- Gen - Display Patient's Gender
- Race - Display Patient's race
- Ethnicity - Display Patient's ethnicity
- Deceased - Display Patient's deceased indicator
- Addr 1 - Display Patient's Address 1
- Addr 2 - Display Patient's Address 2
- Pat City - Display Patient's City
- Pat State - Display Patient's State
- Pat Zip - Display Patient's Zip Code
- Pat Hm Phone - Display Patient's Home Phone Number
- Person Nbr - Display Patient's or Person's Number
- Preferred Contact Method - Display Patient's Preferred Contact Method
- Patient Status - Display Patient's Status
- Practice Name - Display Patient's Practice Name
Note: Availability of additional columns depends on the selections you have made for the report data.
- Highlight the Column and use the Move Up or Move Down buttons to set up the desired order of Columns.
- Select the specific sort order, if necessary.
- Set up specific filters for the patient demographic fields for the appropriate columns, by selecting Patient from the Settings List, if necessary.
