Reconcile Results With Multiple Practices
Enterprise chart is enabled in Enterprise Preferences in File Maintenance. The Enterprise Chart check box is selected for a patient in the Demographics section in the Modify Patient Information window.
You can view the patient's results from all the practices in the EHR section in the Clinical Reconciliation module if the Enterprise Chart is selected in the Modify Patient Information window.
You can view the imported Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (C-CDA) documents from other practices in the Clinical Reconciliation module which can be accessed from the Orders module if Enterprise Chart is enabled in File Maintenance.
If you see the results in the Import section is completely matched with the result components of the EHR section, then a link icon appears in the Match column in both EHR and Import sections and sets the Action in the Import section to Ignore and the EHR section to Keep even if it is from a different practice.
When the panel code and collection date/time are matching but the panel status is different and the source is not C-CDA in the EHR section then the default action is Add in the Import section, and matching results are highlighted with the link icon in the Match column in both EHR and Import sections for a different practice.
When the panel code or panel name and collection date/time are matching but the number of result component is different and the source is C-CDA in the EHR section then the default action is Ignore in the Import section, and matching results are highlighted with the link icon in the Match column in both the EHR and Import sections when the results are from a different practice.
You can manually match the records from the Orders module of the practice if you are currently logged in with the records imported from C-CDA. You cannot replace an imported panel with a panel other than the logged-in practice.
