View the Clinical Reconciliation Results Tab

You can view the lab results in the Clinical Reconciliation window which allows you to reconcile patient's results. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select a patient. From the View menu, select Clinical Reconciliation. The Clinical Reconciliation window opens. In the Documents pane, select the C-CDA document. In the Import tab, select Results. The results are grouped based on the order number and date and time and displays the following columns: component name, result, units, reference range, abnormal flags, observation date/time, status, comments, and source. The values of the selected C-CDA documents appears in the Import section. The EHR section displays the results if it has the result value and the status is final or corrected. Note: You can also open the Results tab of the Clinical Reconciliation window by selecting the Reconcile button in the Orders module. Parent topic: Clinical Reconciliation Results

View Reconciliation History for Results

The Reconciliation History tab displays the history of actions performed when you select the Confirm button in the Results tab. The Reconciliation History tab reports all confirmed actions on items in the Import section, except the None action which is not logged. Actions performed on items in the EHR does not log. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select a patient. From View, select Clinical Reconciliation. The Clinical Reconciliation window opens. In the Documents pane, select one of the C-CDA document. Select the Reconciliation History tab. The reconciliation history for the selected document appears. The columns include Date, Performed by, Action Performed, Clinical Type, and Clinical Description. Select a column header to change the sort order. The default is the latest date when an action was performed. To view details about the action performed, select the Expand icon of the action. Reconcile Results With Multiple Practices

Enterprise chart is enabled in Enterprise Preferences in File Maintenance. The Enterprise Chart check box is selected for a patient in the Demographics section in the Modify Patient Information window. You can view the patient's results from all the practices in the EHR section in the Clinical Reconciliation module if the Enterprise Chart is selected in the Modify Patient Information window. You can view the imported Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (C-CDA) documents from other practices in the Clinical Reconciliation module which can be accessed from the Orders module if Enterprise Chart is enabled in File Maintenance. If you see the results in the Import section is completely matched with the result components of the EHR section, then a link icon appears in the Match column in both EHR and Import sections and sets the Action in the Import section to Ignore and the EHR section to Keep even if it is from a different practice. Matching Results Data

The system automatically matches the data based on panel name, collection date/time, and panel code. If the panel name and collection date/time or panel name and panel code in the Import section is completely matched with the result components of the EHR section then its a complete match if it does not match then it will look for a partial match. The partial matching logic is based on the panel name or panel code, collection date/time matches with one of the panels in the patient’s chart, but the panel status and components values do not match. For partial matching, the action is replace or add. The action is replace if the panel is partially matched and the source is Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (C-CDA). If the panel has been partially matched, but the source is not C-CDA then that panel is added from the Orders module. Replace Action in the Import Section

You can perform the replace action in the Import section. View the Clinical Reconciliation Results tab. Note: For more information on viewing the Clinical Reconciliation Results tab, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest Orders Module User Guide forNextGen®Enterprise EHR. To replace an existing item in the patient’s chart, select Replace. The Select Existing window opens. Select the item in the Existing EHR Data section and select OK. In the EHR section, the Clinical Reconciliation module automatically matches the selected item to its counterpart in the Import section. Note: In the Existing EHR Data section, all the results appear only if the source is C-CDA. Select Confirm. The success message appears and the results appear in the EHR section. Clinical Reconciliation Results

You can import the results data from the Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (C-CDA). You can import and reconcile results received from an external C-CDA to the Orders module. An audit record logs in Advance Audit when you modify user permission, reconcile the lab result or create a reference order.
