You can perform the replace action in the Import section.
- View the Clinical Reconciliation Results tab.

- To replace an existing item in the patient’s chart, select Replace.
The Select Existing window opens.
- Select the item in the Existing EHR Data section and select OK.
In the
EHR section, the Clinical Reconciliation module automatically matches the selected item to its counterpart in the
Import section.
Note: In the Existing EHR Data section, all the results appear only if the source is C-CDA.
- Select Confirm.
The success message appears and the results appear in the EHR section. The results are created under today's encounter or a new encounter is created if there is no encounter for today’s date.
