You can reassign incomplete and rejected tasks that you have sent. You can also reassign accepted and incomplete tasks assigned to you.
- Select the task to reassign.
Note: Rejected tasks specifically call for reassignment in the Response field.
- Select Reassign in the toolbar.
The
Select Task Recipients window opens.
- Select the user or workgroup.
You can search for a user or workgroup using the search field at the top.
Note: You can control whether you see all users in all practices or users in your current practice by setting up the Task Recipients by Practice preference in Universal Preferences. For more information, refer to the System Administrator Guide forNextGen®Enterprise.
- Select OK.
The task is reassigned to the selected recipients. If you were the original recipient of the task, you are now the task owner.
