SAP Crystal Reports for NextGen® Enterprise EHR

NextGen® Enterprise EHR includes a set of all standard SAP Crystal Reports. The files reside in the Distributed Reports folder on your server and must be copied to your designated folders in your NextGenRoot folder when upgrading to NextGen Enterprise 5.6 or higher. All EHR Crystal Reports have the new rebranded NextGen logo except for the e-requests and claims. The Ohio RxPrint report in the state specific report and the new consolidated report has the new logo. The standard header and footer on all reports have the new logo. CAUTION: If you use the SQL Server 2012 database with the SQL Server Native Client 11.0 driver to connect to the database, the SAP Crystal Reports functionality may not work properly. It is a known issue with SAP Crystal Reports. To ensure that you can run your SAP Crystal Reports, use the SQL Server Native Client 10.0 driver to connect to the SQL Server 2012 database. About SAP Crystal Reports

SAP Crystal Reports is a powerful reporting tool that enables you to design more highly formatted and custom presentations to meet specific reporting needs. NextGen® Enterprise includes SAP Crystal Reports that are designed to help you meet specific compliance and/or incentive criteria. You can also access, generate, and print or fax custom-designed SAP Crystal Reports that you have created. Note: The Advanced Beneficiary Notice (ABN) form has been updated to be in compliance with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations. The following updates are made in the ABN form: Provider label is changed to Notifier. Patient label is changed to Patient Name. Address and Phone Number labels are removed. Identification Number label is added and MRN is now automatically filled, if available. Expiration date is changed to 6/30/2023. The sections in the ABN form are lettered from A to J. Patient SAP Crystal Reports

The Patient reports include the Open Telephone Calls report. This report enables a practice to display telephone calls from patients that are incomplete or open. The system retrieves the communication status from the Communication component template. This report enables you to identify tasks that require follow up. NextGen® PxP Portal SAP Crystal Reports

NextGen® PxP Portal includes the following SAP Crystal Reports: Field Description Patient Portal Account Status Report Allows you view either a summary or details of the status of enrollments to the NextGen® PxP Portal. For either report type, you can choose the enrollment statuses to include in the report. The detailed report includes the name, contact information, and dates for each enrollee, and the rebranded logo. Patient Portal Appointments and Forms Report Allows you view how many appointment requests were received for each practice line and how many patient forms were imported into NextGen® PxP Portal for a specific date range with the rebranded logo. Patient Portal Communications Report Allows you track incoming messages that patients have sent through the patient portal and where these messages are being routed to within a specified date range. SAP® Crystal Reports® for Orders

SAP® Crystal Reports® packaged in NextGen® Enterprise EHR include reports specific to test orders. You can generate, view, and print both standard and custom practice SAP Crystal Reports. For test orders, you can use the standard set of orders-based SAP Crystal Reports to create reports for lab and radiology orders for your practice. You can create a report for the current encounter for the current patient. You can also map multiple tests to the same AOE question. Before the standard SAP Crystal Reports for test orders can be used to generate or print reports, set up is required in System Administrator. The reports must also be loaded in your database before you can access and set up those reports.
