Before you begin
You must have a patient chart open to use APSO (Assessment Plan Subjective and Objective) View.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- Open a patient chart.
- Do one of the following:
- Create a new encounter.

Layout and Preferences Guide for NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- Select an existing encounter.
- Select .
The
Current APSO and
Previous APSO tabs appear on the right side of the window.
- To display the contents of the tabs, point to the tabs.
- Select the pushpin
icon at the top of the tab.
The tab remains expanded and shares the window with the current template or module. To collapse the tab, you can select the pushpin
icon again.
