New, Different and Conflict Items in Compendium Loads

If you reload or update the compendium, color-coded indicators appears:
  • New

    New items can have a User Description added and a Confidential setting entered. You can put your own User Description.

  • Conflict

    A conflict exists between something already in the current compendium and the new download. You can modify the item.

  • Difference

    A difference exists between data already in the current compendium and in the new download. You can either accept the new value or retain the existing value. You cannot change the data from the load.

    When reviewing the newly loaded compendium, you cannot move to the next step until everything on the current window has been completed.
