You can set up the same time to release future and recurring orders for multiple practices associated with an instance. If you are a practice or enterprise with a large number of associated practices, you may need to set up more than one instance, such as by region. Your practice can run multiple instances on one machine.
CAUTION:
If you set up more than one instance, each Instance name must be unique. If you create a duplicate name for an instance, the system displays an error.
Practice A has 30 associated practices, which are located in different regions and time zones. To create different time schedules for these practices, Practice A needs to set up three instances, such as Lab Region 1, Lab Region 2, and Lab Region 3. The instances can run on the same machine according to the scheduled times for each instance.
