Modify Order Results Sequences

The Order Results Sequencing master file allows you to manually create the order of test results that display at runtime.

  1. Select File Maintenance > Master Files > System > Order Results Sequences.
    The Order Results Sequences List window opens.
  2. From the List access box, select the item in the list, select Open Menu , and then select Open. You can also double-click the item to open it.
    The Modify Lab Result Sequencing Information window opens.

  3. In Order Test Name, select the name of the lab test.
    The tests associated with it appears in the Description list.
  4. Select the Up and Down arrows to change the order of the lab tests.
  5. Select Open Record .
    The Lab Result Sequencing window opens.

    • Available. This section lists the tests that have not been included in the group. enter one or more alphanumeric characters to locate a lab test in the list.
    • Included. This section lists the tests that are currently included in the group.
    • Search for the keyphrase anywhere in this field check box. Select to expand the search criteria to include results found anywhere within the Available list.
  6. To add a test to the group, select the test in the Available list, then select Include .
    The test moves from the Available list to the Included list.
  7. To remove a test from the group, select the lab test in the Included list, then select Exclude .
    The test moves from the Included list to the Available list.
  8. Select OK.
