Midmark Stress ECGs

This section describes how to acquire data, view and compare data from the Midmark software that interfaces with Midmark Stress ECGs. The Midmark IQstress SDK 8.4.2 has the ability to provide discrete data points that can be imported by the interface. The ETT Data template can import the Midmark Stress ECG data points. Delete Midmark Reports

Midmark reports are stored in the NextGen database. Access the IEM Open the Integrated Equipment Module. From the IEM grid, select a Midmark report and select Red X (Delete) on the top toolbar. A confirmation message appears. Select Yes to confirm the deletion. Note: For more information on deleting the report PDF, see the Deleting an Equipment Report PDF from an Encounter section. Midmark Equipment

You can collect data from Midmark software that interfaces with supported Midmark equipment. The supported equipment includes Midmark ECGs, stress ECGS, holters, and spirometers. You can create, review, and compare equipment reports. You can also import archived reports and update the status of old reports. Create Midmark Holter Reports

To acquire Midmark Holter data, your workstation must have a security key installed and the ability to read a CompactFlash or SD card. For more information on how to use Midmark Holter functionalities, refer to the appropriate Midmark operation manual. Prepare the patient for the test as needed. Insert the CompactFlash or SD card with the recorded Holter data into the card reader. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, load a patient and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the Acquire Report list, select Midmark Holter. The Holter Analysis window opens. On the Holter Analysis window: Enter the recording Start Time & Date. This time is in 24-hour format (for 1:00 pm., enter 13:00). Use the right arrow key to move from the hour digits to minute digits. To generate reports, check the Print Reports After Analysis box and then select Report Settings to choose which reports to print. Select the Flash Card option as the data source and select Browse.
