This section describes how to record, view, and compare ECG data from the Midmark software that interfaces with supported Midmark ECG equipment. Note: When you perform a test and generate a report, a report PDF can be also generated and attached to the patient's encounter on the Encounter History tab. Midmark Spirometers

You can create, view, and compare spirometry reports (including pre-bronchodilator and post-bronchodilator phases) from the Midmark software that interfaces with Midmark spirometers. Delete Midmark Reports

Midmark reports are stored in the NextGen database. Access the IEM Open the Integrated Equipment Module. From the IEM grid, select a Midmark report and select Red X (Delete) on the top toolbar. A confirmation message appears. Select Yes to confirm the deletion. Note: For more information on deleting the report PDF, see the Deleting an Equipment Report PDF from an Encounter section. Compare Midmark Stress ECG Reports

You can compare up to four Midmark ECGs from the same patient. For more information on how to use Midmark Stress ECG functionalities, refer to the appropriate Midmark operation manual. Open the Integrated Equipment Module Select the check boxes next to up to four Midmark Stress ECG reports in the IEM grid. Select Compare. The Stress Test Serial Comparison Report window opens. Select the following buttons to perform appropriate actions, as needed: Preview: Displays a print preview of the report. Print: Prints the report. Printer Setup: Enables you to change the printer settings. Help: Displays online help. Select Exit to close the report and return to the IEM. Parent topic: Midmark Stress ECGs

Midmark Equipment

You can collect data from Midmark software that interfaces with supported Midmark equipment. The supported equipment includes Midmark ECGs, stress ECGS, holters, and spirometers. You can create, review, and compare equipment reports. You can also import archived reports and update the status of old reports. View Midmark Stress ECG Reports

After recording a Midmark Stress ECG report, you can view it. The report contains several sections: Summary Table, Average Beat, Trends, and Rhythm Strips. For more information on how to use Midmark Stress ECG functionalities, refer to the appropriate Midmark operation manual. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the IEM grid, select View Report in a row that contains a Midmark Stress ECG report. The Report Review window opens. Enter or change the following information as needed: Technician: Displays the name of the user logged on to NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Supervising Physician: Displays the name of the physician that supervised the test. Reviewed By: When you select the Sign check box, the application displays the name of the provider selected in the IEM. Review Date: When you select the Sign check box, the application displays the date the report was reviewed.
