Once patients are successfully registered, you can update their registration information and suspend or reactivate their accounts.
- In the Data Share module, select Open On Demand Configuration Dialog

The
On Demand Registration window opens.
- If you are connected to multiple HIEs, select from the External System list.
- To display available menu options, right-click in the data grid.
- To update the registration information, do the following:
- Right-click in the data grid, select Update, and modify the information as needed.
- Select OK.
A message appears stating that the on-demand registration was updated.
- To close the message, select OK.
- To suspend an active registration, do the following:
- Right-click in the data grid, and then select Suspend.
A message appears stating that on-demand registration succeeded.
- To close the message, select OK.
- To update the status, select Refresh.
The status in the data grid now displays INACTIVE.
- To reactivate a suspended registration, do the following:
- Right-click in the data grid, and then select Re-activate.
A message appears stating that on-demand registration was reactivated.
- To close the message, select OK.
- To update the status, select Refresh.
The status in the data grid now displays ACTIVE.
- To return to the Data Share module, close the On Demand Registration window.
