Manage On-Demand Registration Accounts

Once patients are successfully registered, you can update their registration information and suspend or reactivate their accounts.
  1. In the Data Share module, select Open On Demand Configuration Dialog .

    The On Demand Registration window opens.

  2. If you are connected to multiple HIEs, select from the External System list.
  3. To display available menu options, right-click in the data grid.

  4. To update the registration information, do the following:
    1. Right-click in the data grid, select Update, and modify the information as needed.
    2. Select OK.
      A message appears stating that the on-demand registration was updated.
    3. To close the message, select OK.
  5. To suspend an active registration, do the following:
    1. Right-click in the data grid, and then select Suspend.
      A message appears stating that on-demand registration succeeded.
    2. To close the message, select OK.
    3. To update the status, select Refresh.
    The status in the data grid now displays INACTIVE.
  6. To reactivate a suspended registration, do the following:
    1. Right-click in the data grid, and then select Re-activate.
      A message appears stating that on-demand registration was reactivated.
    2. To close the message, select OK.
    3. To update the status, select Refresh.
    The status in the data grid now displays ACTIVE.
  7. To return to the Data Share module, close the On Demand Registration window.
