Reports

Crystal Reports
.
The
Report Dialog
window opens.
Select the plus sign next to the
All encounters for All Patient
type to view all of the reports assigned to this type.
Select the
End of Day Prescriptions
report.
The details of the report appear at the bottom of the window.
To preview the report select
Preview
.
To print the report, select
Print
.

Enter the values and select

Save the End of Day Report
From the File menu, select Reports > Crystal Reports. The Report Dialog window opens. Report Dialog Select Report Setup. The Report Setup Dialog window opens. Report Setup Dialog From the Report File list, select prescription end of day.rpt. From the Report Type list, select All encounters for All Patients. Select the location for your report. Only providers at the location you select can access this report. If you leave the Location field blank, providers from all locations can access this report. From the Printer list, select a printer to print the report. In the Description field, enter a description for the report. This description appears in the Report Print Dialog window. If you are a provider in the State of Ohio, you are required to run the End of Day Report by the Ohio Board of Pharmacy. To comply with this requirement, you must generate the report and save it. Note: If you are utilizing biometric signature capabilities in NextGen® Enterprise EHR, you must print and sign Prescription and Immunization End-of-Day reports to maintain compliance with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy positive ID requirements. Generate the Provider Credentials Report
You can use the Provider Credentials report to view providers current credential information. The report displays the Provider's full name, credentialing type, effective and expiration dates, credential number, and any notes associated to the credential. From the File menu, select Reports and then Crystal Reports. Expand the All encounters for All Patient section. Select Provider Credentials. Select Preview. Enter a start and end date. Select OK.
