Generate the Overlapping BH Services Report

You can use Overlapping BH Services report to identify the services rendered with a patient that have overlapping start and stop time. The report displays the encounters that have overlapping start and stop times, which helps in identifying fraudulent billing or clinical documentation errors efficiently. Note: As a performance consideration, only run this report for a 30-days of maximum timespan. From the File menu, Select Reports and then select Crystal Reports. Expand the All encounters for All Patients section. Select Overlapping BH Services report and then select Preview. Select start and end dates. Select a provider or ***All provider***. Note: If you do not select any option from the provider filter, then the report will display for all providers. Select OK. Note: The services from the following templates are not included as overlapping services in the report. Charges

You use the Charges panel to bill for services rendered during the encounter. Your practice can configure SIM codes to be available based on practice, payer/contract, location, licensure, template name in the BH Foundation Configuration template. For more information, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the Configuration Guide for NextGen® Behavioral Health Suite. If the service will not be billed, you can select the No Billing for Service checkbox. With the checkbox selected, you can skip the billing fields and “No Billing for Service” displays on the generated document. The Provider and Credential fields are read-only fields. The Provider field displays the name of the provider the current user is associated to in System Administrator. A provider with the relationship of Self has their own name displaying in the Provider field. A user associated to a provider in System Administrator has the associated provider’s name displaying. Credentialing Tab

The Credentialing tab in the Location and Provider master files enable you to track the credentials, such as certificates and licenses, of your locations and providers. You can report on credentialing for Locations in the Location master file report by selecting credentialing-related columns. You can also report on Providers in the Provider With Credentialing report on the Providers master file. Create the credentials in the Credentialing master list. Open the appropriate location or provider master file, and then select the Credentialing tab. Do one of the following: To add a new credential, select Open Menu, and then select New. To modify a credential, select it in the list, select Open Menu, and then select Open. The Credentialing window opens. In the Effective Date field, enter the date that the credential becomes effective. In the Expiration Date field, enter the date that the credential expires.
