Generate a Vaccine Inventory Report to Display Vaccine Stock Units

  1. In File Maintenance, select System > EHR > Vaccine Inventory.
    The Vaccine Inventory List window opens.
  2. To generate a report, highlight a vaccine row, select the Open Menu button, and select Print.
    The Vaccine Inventory Master File report opens.
  3. Select the Filter button on the Report Toolbar.
  4. The report filtering options appears on the Settings List pane of the NextGen Report Filter: Vaccine Inventory window. Columns is the default selection.
  5. Select the appropriate columns, for example Vaccine Status, Vaccine Name, Starting Units, Units used, and Available Units.
  6. On the Settings List, select Filter2, and set Vaccine Status to Equals Active and VFC to Equals N.
  7. On the Settings List, select Sorting, and sort the report by Practice.
  8. To display the total number of records, on the Settings List:
    • Select Totals.
    • Select the Count records check box.

  9. Select OK.
    The report displays the vaccine stock units for all active non-VFC vaccines.

  10. Perform any other reporting action needed (such as printing, memorizing the report, or exporting the report).
  11. To return to the Vaccine Inventory List window, select the Exit button on the Report Toolbar.
