Generate a Vaccine Inventory Master File report

  1. In File Maintenance, select System > EHR > Vaccine Inventory.
    The Vaccine Inventory List window opens.

  2. To generate a report, highlight a vaccine row, select the Open Menu button, and select Print.

    The Vaccine Inventory Master File report opens.

  3. To filter the report according to the type of vaccine data you need to display on the report, select the Filter button on the Report Toolbar.
    The report filtering options appears on the Settings List pane of the NextGen Report Filter: Vaccine Inventory window. Columns is the default selection.

  4. Select the columns to display for this report.
  5. To filter the vaccine data, select Filter 2 on the Settings List.
    The filters display.

    Select the appropriate filters for the report.

  6. To sort the data, such as grouping by Location Name, select Sorting on the Settings List.

  7. To display totals for the data, select Totals on the Settings List.

  8. Select Count Records and select OK.
  9. To print the report, select the Print button on the Report Toolbar.
  10. To export the report to excel, select the Export to Excel button on the Report Toolbar.
  11. To exit the report and return to the Vaccine Inventory List window, select the Exit Report button on the Report Toolbar.
